Project Showcase: Millard Law Office Shop Front Refresh

We were honoured to be invited by Millard Law to refresh the shop front of their office. The previous grey paint had become cracked, faded, and unfortunately, graffitied over, detracting from the professional appearance of the establishment.

To restore the shop front, we carefully painted the exterior with a similar grey color, ensuring a cohesive look. Our team improved the surfaces by filling and sanding, preparing them for a long-lasting finish. For this project, we chose Zinsser Allcoat Exterior Gloss, a high-performance exterior paint ideal for various surfaces including wood, metal, masonry, plastic, concrete, and cladding.

Zinsser Allcoat Exterior Gloss is designed to form a breathable, low-maintenance, water-shedding coating that is touch dry in just 30 minutes and recoatable in 1 hour. Its mould-resistant properties provide supreme protection for all exterior surfaces, while the inclusion of a biocide helps prevent fungal degradation.

This exceptional paint offers excellent resistance against cracking, blistering, and flaking. Its tough finish withstands rain and severe weather, ensuring excellent color retention.
