For each project we provide a free no obligation quote visit to meet with you, discuss your requirements and to get a real view of your desired finished result.
Our Thorough Preparation:
The difference between good decorating and poor decorating starts from the thorough preparation of the surfaces to be re-decorated.
Our highly-qualified staff ensures total protection of your home and furniture. We work to the highest standards. We pride ourselves on covering all surfaces with dust sheets and cleaning up after ourselves.
We will also fully prepare all surfaces prior to painting or decorating to ensure we are starting with a good foundation. This can include:
- Full preparation to woodwork (doors, windows, skirtings etc.) sanding down and priming damaged surfaces
- Full preparation of walls and ceilings
- Stripping existing paper from walls
- Sanding and filling damaged walls
- Applying filler or plaster skimming damaged surfaces,
- Applying an undercoat to repaired surface
- Supplying dust sheets and covers to protect your belongings
Types of painting:
We typically apply paint by brush and roller, however, if working with intricate cornices or coving, we use a paint sprayer.
For woodwork: We can apply varnish, wood stain, eggshell, satin or gloss paint.
For walls, ceilings and cornicing: We can apply matt, emulsion, eggshell, satin or durable paint.
Paint products that we use:
Our favoured paint brand is Johnstones Trade Paint. We find this provides a better coverage than other brands such as Dulux, Crown, Farrow and Ball, or Macphersons.

We are also able to colour match Johnstones paints to other brands if you do happen to have a colour in mind.

Our finishing services:
