Project Showcase: Bespoke MDF Wardrobe: Off-White Elegance

We recently completed the painting of a custom-built MDF wardrobe featuring eight doors, designed to perfectly fit our client’s space. The goal: a clean, neutral off-white finish with a professional, lasting touch.

Keeping the Home Protected
We started by covering the carpet with self-adhesive film to prevent any stains or damage. Protecting your home during a project is always a top priority for us.

Offsite Painting for a Quieter Process
To reduce disruption, we removed the doors and hinges and took them offsite to our workshop. This gave us full control over the finish while keeping things peaceful at home for the client.

Detail-Driven Prep
Back on-site, we carefully filled gaps, primed the MDF, and sanded everything to a smooth finish. We used an industrial extractor to keep dust levels down and the workspace clean.

Durable, Refined Finish
We applied two topcoats of water-based enamel paint—tough enough for daily use, with a smooth, timeless look.

Flawless Reassembly
Once painted, we reinstalled the doors and adjusted each hinge for a perfect fit. Everything lined up seamlessly.

Immaculate Wrap-Up
We left the space spotless—no mess, no fuss. The client was thrilled with the result.
